Abyss were asked to pitch by First UK Bus to develop national creative for the launch of their Mtickets app in early 2014. Pitching against another two agencies, we were delighted to win the pitch and the contract. The launch of two pilot schemes in Aberdeen and Worcester were challenging with a significant amount of work required on delivering both customer facing and internal staff communications. However, after a successful rollout, Abyss now continues to support the implementation of the First Mtickets app in other areas including – Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Hampshire and Dorset.
As part of the project team who delivered the Mtickets pilot in Aberdeen and Worcester, Abyss Marketing won the pitch for the creative and went on to assist us deliver a heavyweight marketing campaign in both areas. They are a very approachable agency who have a sound understanding of their clients needs and objectives across a diverse range of campaigns and initiatives.
